A group of 2 to 6 people will use a machine to clean the site such as an apartment or hospital, or one person will clean the air conditioner in a private house around the company. At first, go to the site with your seniors to actually work and remember.
Once you get used to it, you can schedule cleaning schedules with customers, create reports with photos of work scenes, create cleaning notices, order detergents and equipment, propose additional jobs to customers, plan plans, and estimates. We will take care of various tasks such as creation, on-site instructions and setup, recruitment interviews, and education for Cambodians.
Depending on the person's aptitude and wishes, we may entrust you with other tasks.

Cambodia does not have a good sanitary environment like Japan, and proper cleaning knowledge is required to improve the sanitary environment. Japanese people have learned cleaning at school since they were little, so they have knowledge of cleaning. For example, it is natural in Japan to use a mixture of acidic and alkaline detergents, but in Cambodia, we do not learn acidity and alkalinity at school, so we do not know. But it is Cambodians who clean up in Cambodia. Therefore, nokoso wanted to have a Cambodian technical intern trainee come to Japan's nokoso to learn Japanese cleaning techniques and become a cleaning teacher who teaches how to clean Japan in Cambodia. Then, in October 2016, we set up an office in Cambodia and teach Japanese cleaning techniques at hospitals in Cambodia.

When you first join the company, you will be asked to enter the cleaning site, so sometimes customers may complain, you may have to touch dirty things, or you may be physically tired. However, I think it is a very rewarding job to be involved in improving the environment in Cambodia by teaching Cambodians the cleaning technique. You may be worried that you can't understand the language, but it's okay because there is a Cambodian interpreter who can speak Japanese.

The work can be tough, but we are still waiting for applications from those who want to try it.

In hospital cleaning, we emphasize not only the appearance but also sterilization, and create an environment where nosocomial infections do not occur. Due to labor shortage, nokoso has Cambodian technical intern trainees come to Japan to help with the labor shortage.

● House cleaning of air conditioners, ventilation fans, etc. in general households When cleaning air conditioners in private homes, we carefully cure the surroundings of the room so that they do not get dirty, and use environmentally friendly detergent. By disassembling and cleaning, the machine lasts a long time, has a power saving effect, and prevents pneumonia caused by mold on the air conditioner. ● Operation of Ura Rokko Rumor Cafe, Kizuna no Sato (Satoyama) We operate a Ura Rokko Rumor Cafe and Satoyama where you can have BBQ, etc., next to nokoso's office. The Ura Rokko Rumor Cafe serves Cambodian coffee, which is rare in Japan, and also sells Cambodian musical instruments and miscellaneous goods. Kizuna no Sato, which spreads beside the cafe, is a satoyama that the first president (current chairman) of nokoso has created one by one from a bamboo grove that was originally empty for more than 10 years. It draws water from the stream to make a biotope where crayfish and frogs live, and releases firefly larvae into the stream, which is now a hidden firefly spot.
